Over-the-Phone Troubleshooting
If you don’t necessarily need a part or a repair, we would be more than happy to offer professional suggestions and help you troubleshoot over the phone if you’re checking fuses, cleaning out your dryer vent, unsure why your oven or dryer isn’t working, etc. You can also bring in certain parts/elements and we will check them out for you for free. Warranty Service
There is a one-year warranty through the manufacturers we have a service contract with, and we also guarantee our own work with a 30-day warranty on our service calls. If we have to go back within that 30-day timeframe, there is never a charge. If more parts are required, the customer is still responsible for parts and extra labour.
Over-the-Counter Service
In our store, we carry a wide selection of parts for “do-it-yourselfers” to pick up, including refrigerator water filters, range elements and most other commonly used parts for all your household appliances. All parts we sell are new and come directly to us from the manufacturer. You won’t find any used or “no-name” parts here. Any parts that we service we can get from the manufacturers (as long as they are still in production).

We provide on-site refrigerant recovery, recycling and disposal services upon request. You can rest assured we use the safest methods possible for your safety and ours.
